Pork Rib Roast with Roast Carrots and Fingerling Potatoes
I made this today. It was a raining day. I also made a pan of Parker House Rolls. A wonderful end to a bleak day.

Bourbon Chicken
Here is a recipe that I made tonight. I got the idea from Blog Chef.net. I added broccoli and cashews to mine. It was a little sweet and tangy. A nice change.

Olive Crostini
Yesterday we were going over to some friend's house and we wanted to bring an appetizer. But we had a busy day so it needed to be something quick and easy. I went to my various favorite food blogs and stopped at Simply Recipes. Elise had this Olive Crostini recipe that sounded perfect. I made the olive spread ahead of time and put it into the refrigerator. When we arrived at our friend's house I sliced up the baguette and popped them into the oven. There was not a single toast left! I guess that was a good indication Elise came through yet again!
Enjoy, we did!

The best pillows ever
While I was in DC, I stayed at a Hilton. I have to say there is a reason you spend that much money on a room, comfort! The bedding was incredible. That was the best sleep I have had in a while. Besides the sheets, the pillows were awesome. When I got back home, I had to find these pillows. Here is the company that makes them. You can find resellers too and maybe save a couple of dollars. Needless to say, I ordered some! Now I need to save up for a set of their sheets.
